An expert on my field
Today I
will write about an expert on my field, I chose Jaime Fierro an academic of the
Institute where I study.
He has a
lot of degrees, for example he is Philosophiæ Doctor in Political Science of
the University of Essex, Doctor in Moral and Political Philosophy of the
Universidad de Chile, Doctor in Philosophy of the Universidad de Valladolid-Universidad
de Salamanca, Master in Political Science with a mention of Sociology of the
Modernization of the Universidad de Chile and he is a Sociologist and Graduate
in Sociology of the Universidad de Chile.
He worked
in the state in different institutions and topics, for example, he worked as a
consultant of the Minister of Planning and Cooperation, the office of the Deputy
Minister of Ministry of Health and the Department of Policies and Decentralization
in the Under Secretary of Regional and Administrative Development.
He is my
teacher of the Study of political phenomena class, and I have to say he is the
G.O.A.T!!!!! He is one of the best academics that I have class with, because
his classes are so contingent with the national context and he applies the theory in a great way with these acts
of the present.
