My favorite TV show

Hi! Today I’m going to write about one of my favorite TV shows, it is Love it or list it: Vancouver. This show is a spin-off from the American show Love it or List it; is based in the Great Vancouver Area and the surrounding areas of British Columbia.

On this show a couple have to decide what they want to change of their house orb what type of new house they want; so the hosts, a designer (Jillian Harris) and a real estate agent (Todd Talbot), have to compete for who have the best option for the family, the renovated home by Jillian or the home of their dreams found by Todd.

Now I’m going to write the hosts. Jillian Harris, Born in Alberta, Canada on December 30, 1979; worked in many programs in the USA like The Bachelor, the Bachelorette and Extreme Makeover Home Edition, now she returns home to Canada for making reality the dreamed home for the families of Vancouver. Her rival, Todd Talbot, born in Vancouver, Canada on June 12, 1973, he is a former actor an now he is a realtor and his job is to get clients on the show to list their home for a better opportunity. Also, Jillian’s general contractor is Kenny Gemmill also he is a fire fighter and owner of Kits Construction and Development Ltd based in Vancouver. He oversees all the construction teams working on the show.

I like it because is based in Vancouver (I love this city but I never have been there), and also it’s really interesting how you can exploit the potential of a house, and improve the quality of life of a family.
